GDPR Agreement

Luna Flux is a client-side web application. All personal data — including health data within the meaning of GDPR Art. 4(15) and special-category data under Art. 9(1) — is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your device. Luna Flux operates no server, no database and no analytics backend that receives your data. As a consequence, Luna Flux does not act as a data controller for the content you log: you are the sole controller and processor of your own entries.

Where processing occurs, it does so on your own device, initiated by you, for your explicit personal purposes. Insofar as any consent is required, by using the app you provide explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) to the local processing of health-related data for personal health-tracking purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clearing your data (see §5).

Profile (name or username, email, birth date, existing conditions); daily check-ins (mood, energy, sleep, pain, movement, symptoms, free-text notes); cycle data (period, flow); uploaded files (lab PDFs, DICOM imaging, medical reports); provider contact details you choose to save.

None occur automatically. When you use "Share with provider", an email draft opens in your own mail client; the transmission is performed by you using your own email provider. Luna Flux does not transmit data to any party.

Because your data lives only on your device, you exercise these rights directly:

• Access & portability — use "Export my data (JSON)" on the Privacy page.
• Rectification — edit any check-in by re-saving it on the same date.
• Erasure — "Erase everything on this device" on the Privacy page deletes all entries, files and profile data immediately and irreversibly.
• Restriction & objection — you may stop using the app at any time; no further processing occurs.
• Automated decision-making — Luna Flux does not perform profiling or automated decisions producing legal effects.

Data is protected by the security boundaries of your browser and operating system. Use device-level protection (lock screen, full-disk encryption) and avoid using Luna Flux on shared or unmanaged devices. Files over 2MB are not embedded in storage and must be re-selected from your filesystem when shared.

Luna Flux is intended for adult women. Do not use the app for or on behalf of anyone under the age of 16.

Any change to Luna Flux's data posture (e.g., adding optional cloud sync) will require renewed explicit consent before any data leaves your device.

By continuing to use Luna Flux, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and understand that you are the sole custodian of the data you enter into the app.
